Assessment of Potential
In line with the adage "the right person in the right place at the right time", RH Internacional developed a service to assess the potential of individuals, their vocation to perform well, and the best environments for them to perform. Our evaluation methods are aligned to the specific needs of each client company.
The process allows us to spot future talents and leaders, and predicts the potential of each professional. By identifying characteristics and personal behaviour, and measuring abilities, we are able to predict individual competences in different activities and situations such as planning and control, team spirit, decision making, interpersonal relationships, styles of leadership and motivating subordinates.
This tool is particularly valuable in the selection of personnel, identification of talented individuals when deciding on promotions, and succession planning. Used effectively, it can be the basis for organization planning and integrating the objectives of the organization, business units, teams and individuals.
The application of Assessment of Potential is not time consuming and can be structured for groups, teams or individuals.
