As a new qualification from the British Computer Society (BCS), E-Citizen is designed as an introductory course for students who have not been able to take part in the Internet revolution either because their job has not required IT skills or because they have only recently begun to recognise the potential of e-mail, online shopping etc.
E-Citizen features simple step-by-step "how to" with voice over and text support. Each section is carefully explained and the training contains a series of "real world" exercises to help students confirm learning.
Who is it for?
The course is aimed at older students who perhaps have not previously been required to use any IT in their jobs and are not used to working with PC's and using the Internet.
Versions available: CD-ROM, Workbook and Web.
