At ISV we are rightly proud of our high levels of Customer Service and Satisfation.  Our Support Team consists of experienced people who have worked within the assessment and training industry for a considerable time.  We understand how important it is for your IT systems to be working correctly and how crucial this is to a successful, well run business - whether this is large or small.  Service counts!

 

We are available to take your calls, whether they be product or services related from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 am till 5.30pm.

Pre-sales support and advice is provided alongside our free trial and evaluation period.

Implementation assistance will be provided by our Customer Service Team.  An Implementation Manager will be provided to help you every step of the way and to ensure that your solution is delivered and installed correctly to suit your environment and business needs. 

Bespoke Development Planning is available to work with you on projects which don't fit the standard guidelines.  If you need a solution delivered in a particular way we will work with your team to ensure that we create the right product to meet your requirements.  We have extensive experience in creating unusual solutions in several market sectors - we would be happy to provide references and testimonials. 

Integration can sometimes be a tricky subject.  At ISV we have worked with a number of clients to seamlessly integrate one or more of our products into existing framework.   One of the advantages of our products is the modular structure which gives us full control of what and how we deliver.

Upgrades and future versions are also made available through the Customer Services Team.  Our Development Team are constantly pushing the boundaries of new developments and tools to improve processes and to ease work-load with regard to assessment and training solutions.
