Owner Karen McGovern says "We are not a High Street recruitment agency and therefore need to have a flexible approach to our skills testing. We use the tests to ensure our candidates have the right skills, this has the positive benefit of giving our candidates confidence in their own abilities. With the current climate we are seeing more applicants returning to the job market after many years and some are very unsure of their skills. A test emailed to them at home can prove to them they do have very current and worthwhile skills, it also highlights any areas for training".
Silvercloud was looking to upgrade their existing testing software but was struggling to find a supplier who could give them the flexibility in the package and pricing.
