ISV present Contact Centre Training Award at Good Communications Awards

Kent CC were acknowledged for employing a variety of successful training methods, which included classroom based learning, role playing, task books, coaching, buddying, nursery environments, site visits, volunteering days, video coaching and 'on the job' exercises for their contact centre staff. 

BBC newscaster Nicholas Owen announced the winners and David Little, Head of Customer Services for ISV presented the award to Kent CC.
