Placing an Order with ISV

Find a product

Use the navigation tools to find a product of interest.  Any product that can be bought directly from the site will have a quantity box and a "Buy" button.

Choose how many you want

Enter the number of copies you would like in the quantity box and click the "Buy" button.

Do you want other products?

If you want another product, simply repeat the previous two steps. 

View Basket

At any point, you can click "View Basket" which will tell you what you have selected and what the delivery charge is going to be and what tax may be due.  From the basket, you can revise your order by removing an item or changing the quantity.  You can also navigate away and continue browsing the products.

Checkout

Once you are happy with the items in your basket and wish to proceed, click the "Go to Checkout" button.  Here you will be asked to fill out a number of forms so that we know who to bill and where to deliver the goods.

Payment

Our web site is integrated with Protx, a secure payment provider. Having confirmed your order, you will be taken to the Protx pages, which will request your credit card/debit card details.  It will then attempt to make the transaction for items in your basket.  Once this process is complete, you will be "handed" back to the main ISV web site.

Confirmation

You will receive an email confirming your request.

Dispatch

Normally, we will dispatch the goods within two working days. If there are any problems we will contact you to discuss your requirements.

Special Products

Some products cannot be bought directly from the site, as they require discussion so that they are configured appropriately for your needs. Please call or email our sales team to discuss these requirements.

Bulk Buying

We supply many organisations with training materials.  In some cases we will offer a discount for bulk purchasing.  Please contact our Corporate Sales Team to discuss the option of bulk buying.
