Pre-Sales support services are available to assist you with your free trial and evaluation of our assessment and training solutions.

Installation guidance is offered either by telephone or a visit can be made to ensure you get the most from our products. [NB if a visit is necessary this may be chargable.]

Implemetation assistances can be a vital service when introducing a new software solution to your business.  Our team of experts has plenty of experience and knowlege when it comes to showing you how to implement successfully.

Bespoke Development can be provided and we are happy to discuss your on-going development needs.  Our Development Experts are experienced in a wide range of software tools and applications.  If you need to create a solution which is a little unusual we would pleased to talk to you!

Integration can be a tricky subject!  At ISV our Customer Services Team works alongside our Development Team to ensure that any integration issues with existing software solutions is managed professionally.  We will create an integration plan and work to ensure a seamless and smooth delivery.

Upgrades and product improvements are on-going projects.  We will keep you informed of our regular improvements and enhancements - our team of development professionals are contantly working on the next generation of assessment and training tools to ensure that we stay ahead of the market and deliver the very best solutions to our clients.

Training is also provided free of charge on our product range.  We will equip you with documentation and user guides for your chosen product solution.
